Any employees or volunteers of St. Charles Borromeo Parish, or it's affilate organizations, such as the CYO, the Cub Scouts or the Boy Scouts need to complete the Archdoicese of Philadelphia "Safe Environment" training program.

To complete these, you must submit to a PA State Criminal Background check, a child abuse clearance check, and attend a Safe Environment training course.

The two State forms you will need to fill out, are attached to this document at the bottom.
